Now Hiring - Community Sales Manager - New Home Construction in Edmond, OK

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the communities, ensuring a high level of prospect and client satisfaction
- Manage all aspects of sales management, including follow ups, email campaigns, sign management, scheduling brokers' open, open houses, social media posts, and realtor relationships.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to Purchase Agreements and prospect information.
- Conduct regular inspections of the communities, model homes, and spec homes to ensure it is well-maintained and meets Shawn Forth Homes standards
- Market and promote Shawn Forth Homes and the communities we build in to attract new prospective buyers.

Model Hours 1-5pm Tuesday-Friday and 12-5pm Saturday with Sunday/Monday off. Morning hours before the model opens are for showing spec homes, lots, creating marketing collateral, posting on social media, and sign management.

Job locations are in Edmond from Portland and Danforth to Covell and Douglas.

Necessary Skills:
_- Self-motivated with strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication, marketing and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in lead management software and Microsoft Office Suite_

Note: Sales is a commission-based opportunity with base monthly salary.
